Louis`s higher dimentional shapes are euclidean theree dimensional forms extended to a new dimension. The hyper-suffix generally refers to the four-dimensional (and higher) analogues of 3-dimensional objects, i.e. hypercube, hyperplanes, hypersphere. N-dimensional polyhedrals are called polytopes. Specific names such as in the following examples are frequently given to the four-dimensional instances of general n-dimensional objects.
